Christopher’s Warranty
Christopher’s new jewelry items carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects or workmanship. If a stone is lost or the item is compromised due to a manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship, Christopher’s will repair the item and replace any lost stones at no charge to the customer. Repair on custom work done to the item by someone other than Christopher’s voids this warranty. Warranty does not apply to items that have been abused, neglected of routine check-ups and normal wear and tear. Item must be accompanied by sales receipt. Your best defense is to insure your jewelry against store lost or theft. Contact your homeowners or renters insurance agent for more information.
Christopher’s Return Policy
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Christopher’s offers a cash refund up to 10 days from purchase with your receipt or you may exchange the item or get an in-store credit up to 30 days from purchase with receipt. Items purchased by check and returned within 7 days will be refunded by mail within 14 days of the date the check was issued. No returns on used, damaged or worn items. Special order items are non-returnable. Items that have been modified or sized will be refunded minus the labor done on the piece.
Christopher’s Holiday Return Policy
If, for any reason you are unhappy with your Holiday season purchase, Christopher’s offers a cash refund until January 5th with your receipt. Or you may exchange the item or get an in-store credit until January 15th with receipt. Items purchased by check and returned within 7 days will be refunded by mail within 14 days of the date the check was issued. No returns on used, damaged or worn items. Special order items are non-refundable. Items that have been modified or sized will be refunded minus the labor done on the piece.
Layaway Returns
Layaway returns are allowed within the 6 months minus any work done on the piece as well as a 10% restocking fee of the total sale amount. The 10% restocking penalty will be waved if the layaway item is rolled over into a different item of equal or greater value.
Estate & Previously Owned Jewelry
Estate & previously owned jewelry is under warranty for 30 days after purchase. If you choose to return your item, Christopher's Fine Jewelry will give you in-store credit for estate & previously owned jewelry for up to 30 days from purchase.
Delinquent Items
Any items left at Christopher’s for 12 months or more without prior arrangement will become the property of Christopher’s.
Christopher’s Value Guarantee
Christopher’s is known for it’s competitive prices and quality products. Nearly every jewelry store states that they have the best values but only at Christopher’s Fine Jewelry will you find it in writing with our exclusive Value Guarantee!
Christopher’s Value Guarantee states that any in-stock jewelry item sold will appraise for at least 50% more than its original selling price. For example: if you purchase an item for $500, Christopher’s guarantees that a retail appraisal from any retail jeweler will be at least $750 or your money back within 10 days of purchase. Item must be in new-original condition and be accompanied by sales receipt and appraisal.
