Christopher's Warranty

Christopher's new jewelry items carry a lifetime warranty against any manufacturing defects or workmanship. Estate jewelry is excluded from warranty.

• If a stone is lost or the item is compromised due to a manufacturing defect or faulty workmanship, Christopher's will repair the item and replace lost stones at no charge to the customer.

• Repair on custom work done to the item by someone other than Christopher's voids this warranty.

• Warranty does not apply to items that have been abused, neglected of routine check-ups and normal wear and tear.

White Gold Enhancement Disclosure

Most white gold pieces are rhodium finished. This is not a permanent treatment.

Insuring Your Jewelry

Christopher's highly recommends insuring your jewelry through your homeowner’s or renter’s insurance policy.

• Christopher's offers a free insurance appraisal for items purchased from Christopher's over $1500.

• Christopher’s also offers insurance appraisals for a fee for items not purchased at Christopher’s.

• Christopher’s items needing updated appraisals will be charged the full appraisal fee.

Jewelry Trade-In Policy

Christopher's is pleased to offer trade-in credit on all new fine jewelry items when you increase the original purchase price by 50%. Fine jewelry is defined as gold or platinum pieces with natural diamonds only. Lab grown diamond and gemstone pieces are not eligible for trade-in.

Christopher's Return Policy

• If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, Christopher's offers a full refund up to 10 days from purchase with the receipt or you may exchange the item or get an in-store credit up to 30 days from purchase with receipt.

• No returns on damaged or worn items.

• Estate jewelry, estate watches and special order items are non-refundable. However, in-store credit is available.

• Items altered or modified will be refunded minus the jeweler’s labor fees.

Christopher's Layaway Return Policy

If for any reason you change your mind on your layaway within the 6 months, Christopher's offers a refund minus any work done on the item as well as a 10% restocking fee of total sale amount.

Delinquent Items

Items left for more than 6 months will be considered abandoned and become the property of Christopher’s and ALL payments made will be forfeited.

Credit Memo (in-store credit)

Credit memo expires after 1 year.

Layaway Agreement

• 20% down payment will hold this item(s) for 6 months ONLY.

• Regular monthly payments must be made.

• 10% restocking fee if taken off layaway during 6 month period.

• Jeweler’s fees for sizing, repairs, alterations, etc. are non-refundable.

• After 6 month period, items not paid and picked up will be returned to stock and ALL payments made will be forfeited.

Special Order Agreement

•  50% down payment to place order.

• Special order items are non-refundable. However, in-store credit is available.
